Ministry of Employment, Social Affairs, and Family, Awarded NAFIS Network’s commitment to end Female Genital Cutting in this country and cherished the active collaboration between the Ministry and the Network.
During the launching of Ministry’s new Strategic plan, Minister Hinda Jama accredited how NAFIS network is committed to ending this harmful practice and hailed the NAFIS’s muscular coordination and networking among the stakeholders and its creation of strong civil society voice against the FGC and as well the Network’s substantial cooperation with the Ministry. NAFIS chairperson Ms.Khadra Omer received the Award and acknowledged the Minister’s appreciation to NAFIS on this Award which amplifying the motivation and renews the Network’s envisage to see Somaliland women and girls enjoying their rights and dignity life.
