NGO PRESENTATION: Network Against Female Genital Mutilation in Somaliland (NAFIS) is a network of civil society organizations that was established in November 2006 and is based in Hargeisa, Somaliland. NAFIS aims to provide a strategic framework, where knowledge and tools enable in-country anti-FGM campaigners and organizations to be successful and make a sustainable change to end FGM.
Since 2006, NAFIS has organized conferences, seminars, and workshops, promoted public mobilization actions, and conducted lobbying and advocacy actions in order to stimulate the political commitment of institutions, authorities, women’s rights activists, and communities throughout the six regions of Somaliland to promote the adoption of legal measures as a positive and long-lasting tool of social progress.
Scope of Service Provisions:
NAFIS NETWORK Somaliland Office seeks to contract the printing of Visibility Items for project and Office’s activities purposes. The supplier must have solid experience in Humanitarian organizations and understand the major rules and regulations for humanitarian organizations.
Selection Criteria
The documents submitted will be evaluated for suitability and awarded marks which will contribute to a maximum 100% of the total tender evaluation.
This invitation is extended to all competent Printing Suppliers who have been certified by the Ministry of Commerce or Somaliland Municipalities.
Duration: 2 years, starting: 1st of January 2022
Financial Capacity
Submit competitive fixed price rate for Printing Visibility items.

All the information requested shall be provided in the English Language.
NAFIS reserves the right to accept or reject any application and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
Bidders can obtain a complete set of the bidding document from the NAFIS NETWORK Office in Hargeisa located Kodbur district, Jig-jiga yar, Bada Cas Area behind Summertime starting from 19th December to 28th of December 2021 during office hours from Sunday – Thursday from 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.
Bid (technical and financial proposal) must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the reference and note mentioned below by clearly marking the envelopes as ORGINAL.
Clearly written “CALL FOR TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF PRINTING VISIBILITY ITEMS.
The deadline for submission is not later than Tuesday, December 28st, 2021 – 12:00 pm at NAFIS NETWORK Office. The bid will be opened at the NAFIS NETWORK office at 2:00 pm on December 29th, 2021.
